Ordering information

Please read our terms & conditions before placing an order.

Payment

Orders can be made on-line with secure payments handled by PayPal, either from your account or by credit/debit card. If you wish to order by telephone, please call Sam on 07966 382178.

PayPal secure payment options. Choose your PayPal account or pay using you credit or debit card through PayPal

Please note payment must be received before your order can be processed.

Delivery and availability

Standard delivery takes between 3-5 working days subject to availability of stock. Post and packing for mainland UK is charged at £4.95 (for orders up to £100) and most orders are sent recorded delivery. Please note that a signature will be required upon delivery. If you would like your goods to be sent to a different address (eg. to work), please include these details in the delivery address boxes. For special commissions, please allow up to 1-2 weeks for manufacture.

Need it even faster?
If you require urgent delivery, please email or call us on 07966 382178 and we will try our best to get it to you quickly. Express or next day delivery will be invoiced separately at an additional cost depending on weight, size and location.

Overseas delivery
(including Ireland, Eire, Scottish Highlands and Channel Islands)

We are very happy to send items overseas. Postage will be charged at cost on a direct weight basis and the balance will be invoiced separately.

Receipt & returns

We hope that you will be pleased with your Betty Frank jewellery.

If your goods arrive damaged, please notify us by phone or email within 24 hours so that we can make immediate enquiries.

If your goods are not what you specifically ordered, please phone or email within 24 hours and we will do our best to replace them.

If you are not completely satisfied with the goods for any reason, you can always return them within 14 days for a full refund or exchange, providing the items have not been worn and are in perfect condition. We are unable to refund any specially commissioned items, but can offer a full credit note or exchange.

Please carefully re-pack the item in its original packaging, and return to us using an insured delivery service to this address:

We cannot accept responsibility for goods that are damaged or lost on their way back to us. Please note we will only refund return postage in the unlikely event of your goods being faulty.

Refunds for items bought as gifts can only be given to the person who bought the gift.

We process returns as soon as they arrive. Any exchanges should be dispatched within 2-3 working days, but please allow up to 5 working days for your refund to be processed.

Jewellery descriptions

Every care has been taken to ensure that descriptions, specifications and colours are a realistic representation of the actual product. However, due to the hand-made nature of our products, slight variations may occur in shape, size and colour.
